Ross has been working in the hospitality and events industry for over 18 years, 13 of these in the UK prior to moving to New Zealand in 2018. Ross has worked across a wide range of sectors, managing pubs, bars, high end restaurants and late-night music venues alongside organising weddings, concerts and private events. Since living in New Zealand Ross has been employed by the Dux Group in Christchurch running several venues and organising events and brand activations.

Over the past year Ross has been working with Multi Events Ltd. working with site builds and managing bars at major events across the country including Rhythm and Vines and Bay Dreams.

Lucas has worked in the events industry for 8 years, starting out at Dux Live in Christchurch back in 2015. Over the years he has worked on a multitude of different projects across the country, honing his skills in photography, design, projection mapping and stage production.
Notable events and festivals include Bay Dreams, Rhythm & Alps, Electric Avenue, Jameson House of Rounds (CHCH, WEL & AKL). Alongside his event work and photography business, Lucas has looked after digital marketing and promotions for Avon City Ford for the past 7 years.
